These terms cover the HerNetIQ website, the Career Passport and the Talent Directory. They include what used to be our separate legal notice.

Accounts

• Career Passport accounts are by invitation only. Keep your password and two-factor device to yourself.
• Tutors and admins must use two-factor sign-in.
• We may suspend an account that is misused, for example to submit someone else’s work.

Your work and evidence

• You keep ownership of the work you submit. You let HerNetIQ store it, review it and show the parts you choose to share, as described in our Privacy page.
• Submit only your own work. Evidence that isn’t yours may be marked “not demonstrated” and reported to HerNetIQ.
• Capability levels, stamps and stages reflect tutor reviews against the HerNetIQ Evidence Standard. Submitting alone never counts.

For organisations

• Profiles in the Talent Directory are shown with each person’s consent. Use them only to consider people for real roles.
• Fuller records are shared after we confirm the fit and, where the person asked, after she agrees. Don’t pass them on.
• HerNetIQ introduces talent; hiring decisions and employment terms are between you and the person you hire.

Verify links

A verify link confirms that a HerNetIQ tutor verified the work behind a stamp. The holder can switch it off at any time.

The website

• Content on this site belongs to HerNetIQ unless stated otherwise.
• [Owner to confirm: company name, registered address and governing law.]
