AI made the CV easy to write. It didn’t make the person easier to judge.
Anyone can generate an impressive CV now. Knowing who can actually do the work is still your problem, and it eats your interview time. We take that weight off you.
HerNetIQ connects you with AI-security talent backed by evidence of what they have built, investigated and fixed. Courses are where they started. Evidence is what they bring you.
The CV tells you what someone says they’ve done. The evidence shows you the work.
We know every person we put in front of you.
Our tutors review every piece of work, week after week. By the time someone appears here, we have watched them get stuck, figure it out and get better.
Trained on the problems you’re actually facing.
Our talent works on the risks that come with AI in production: agents with too much access, poisoned data pipelines, compromised models, insecure APIs. These aren’t textbook exercises. Every mission is built on a scenario a real company could face tomorrow.
They understand the business your AI runs in, and they can talk to the people who aren’t technical.

Not all evidence carries the same weight. Every piece of evidence on a HerNetIQ profile is labelled with who has checked it, so you always know what you’re looking at.

- Self-submitted
“I did this.”
Work the learner has uploaded themselves: independent projects, portfolio pieces.
- Tutor verified
“HerNetIQ reviewed this.”
A HerNetIQ tutor has checked the work against the capability it claims to show. Did they find the real problem? Did the fix hold? Can they explain why?
- Workplace verified
“A real organisation saw me do it.”
An employer, client, internship supervisor or project stakeholder has confirmed the work through a structured review.
How to read a profile
Stamps show what she has completed. A stamp like RAG Security means she finished and passed every mission in that area.
Skill levels show how strong she is at each skill, judged by a HerNetIQ tutor against a clear standard:
- Developing:
- understands it, but can't yet do it independently.
- Demonstrated:
- did it properly in a real mission and explained her reasoning.
- Proven:
- did it properly in two or more separate missions. Consistent, not a one-off.
Only tutor-verified work counts. Nothing here comes from a course certificate or a self-description.
